Step by step, various components like resistors, switches, LEDs, etc. are soldered onto the board. After completing the board and mounting it into the pickle jar, you can call yourself the owner of a modern solar lamp. Due to the solar panel, sunlight energy is collected and stored inside a rechargable battery.The sun's energy is captured and stored in the battery. After nightfall, the 3 LEDs light up automatically, using the energy collected by day. The pickle jar lamp can be switched from summer to winter mode to ensure that the light shines as long as possible. During summer time it runs for at least 5hrs.
